I’m both stubborn and quirked up. The latest consequence of this is: I only allow myself to keep one flavored simple syrup in the fridge for space reasons (I have dozens of condiments and sauces and pastes and pickles and it’s a shared fridge). But my latest simple syrup is beetroot. So every time I want to make a fancy coffee at home it is beet flavored. And shall be for the next several months.

#wineberry tulsi you were the height of luxury…come back #I really actually have so many condiments and pickles and pastes it’s just that if I make food it has to be correct which means I need #all possible ingredients and toppings. and my roommates don’t understand my homemade mustard veggie pickle tamarind paste fermented root #Swag #also like. not my fault it’s delicious to make your own mint chutney and stuff.
